#M3PowerTalks with Milena Dragijska: The pillars of modern leadership

In April, M3 Communications Group, Inc. held the second internal #M3PowerTalks event of the year. The entire M3 Dream Team gathered for a motivational session led by Milena Dragijska, CEO of Lidl Bulgaria.
Milena Dragijska has been managing Lidl Bulgaria since 2007, when the chain entered the Bulgarian market. Milena started her career at Lidl Germany in 2002 as a regional sales manager for the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe regions, then continued her professional development at Lidl's headquarters, where she was responsible for various international projects for Lidl International. She is a member of the Management Board of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and of the Board of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.
During the April edition of #M3PowerTalks, Milena Dragijska shared motivational stories of success and modern leadership. She presented #M3DreamTeam with the tools necessary to build a strong and resilient team and the importance of empathy in management practices. The impact of the event was profoundly inspirational, leaving our team motivated and united as part of the #M3DreamTeam.
