#M3PowerTalks with Stefan Ivanov: An inspirational journey across the Atlantic

M3 Communications Group, Inc. continues inspiring its team through the series of events #M3PowerTalks. In March the entire M3 Dream Team gathered for a motivational session led by Stefan Ivanov, founder of the world record project Neverest.

In 2020, Stefan together with his son Maxim challenged themselves and without any experience in rowing, boat building and sailing, they built in their garage in Sofia the ocean rowing boat Neverest, with which they crossed the Atlantic Ocean in the summer of the same year. 4,444 nautical miles (8,230 km) later and after 105 days in the Atlantic Ocean during hurricane season, they not only completed their mission successfully, but set two Guinness World Records: for the Youngest rower to cross an ocean and the Youngest rower in a pair to cross an ocean. M3 Communications Group, Inc. was a proud communication partner of the Neverest project.

During the March edition of #M3PowertTalks, Stefan’s motivational stories of resilience, determination and overcoming unimaginable challenges conveyed valuable lessons on human resolve, time management and tough decion making, the rewards of facing adversity, and the importance of unwavering perseverance.
