Hilton Launched the Newest Brunch Place in the Heart of Sofia – OXBO Restaurant

The iconic Hilton Hotel, situated in the heart of Sofia, launched the newest cilinary hot spot in town: OXBO restaurant. A delicious brunch event for established media and influencers was organized. During the thematic event the special guests had the opportunity to sample the culinary masterpieces and heavenly desserts at OXBO. Given that ‘brunch’ as a type of meal was first introduced in Bulgaria more than a decade ago namely by Hilton, it was only logical for the launch of the hotel‘s new restaurant to be with a brunch event.

Cozy nestled between the greenery of South Park and the famous pedestrian Lovers‘ Bridge, OXBO is a place where imagination knows no bounds. Here, flavours come alive, inspired by contemporary culinary masterpieces and unique Bulgarian recipes. The restaurant's "From Farm to Fork" concept is based on pure and local ingredients so that every dish is a fairy tale of rich flavours.

As well as being invited to immerse themselves in signature recipes and home comfort, the brunch event attendees were challenged to create the most aesthetically pleasing looking plate using modern plating techniques. The challenge was assessed by the restaurant's chef and the general manager of the Hilton Hotel.
