Wizz Air Launches Its First Flight from Bulgaria to Saudi Arabia

Wizz Air, Europe’s fastest growing airline and M3 Communications’ long-term client, celebrated the launch of its newest route from Sofia to Riyadh with a special media event. Key Bulgarian journalists had the chance to witness live the takeoff of the first WIZZ flight to the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiawhich marked the beginning of a new era of extended travel opportunities at ultra-low fares between Bulgaria and the Kingdom. The team of M3 Communications had the pleasure of organizing the event and coordinating all details around the new route announcement.

The launch of the Sofia-Riyadh route is another proof of the Wizz Air’s ambitions to develop the Bulgarian market by further expanding its network outside Europe and adding more exotic travel destinations.In addition,it will enhance the airline’s presence both in Bulgaria and the Kingdom while boosting the local tourism sectors.

The event was attended by Tamara Nikiforova, Wizz Air’s Corporate Communications Manager, Jesus Caballero, CEO of Sofia Airport, and supported by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia to Sofia.
