READY, STEADY... BAKE! with Lesaffre Baking Center

For a day we have turned into the most powerful #M3BakingTeam thanks to our friends from the professional Lesaffre Baking Center in Sofia, part of LESAFFRE GROUP - a global expert in fermentation processes for more than a century. They inspired us to roll up our sleeves and get stuck into this incredibly fun and educational moment of baking delicious bread.

After a short introduction and demonstration of the professional bakers, we teamed up for a challenge to try different recipes of bread and got our hands dirty in flour and positive emotions.

And the best bit of all - we got to eat it at the end.

Well, we didn't get satisfied with just eating. As real PR experts, we had to explore in-depth the whole process of baking, the science behind the combinations of ingredients and examine the varieties of dough for baking bread in modern manufacturing.

This was another extraordinary team building for #M3DreamTeam... but not the last.
