The Legal Event of the Year

M3 Communications Group, Inc. recently welcomed a new client into its diverse family – the leading law firm “Penkov, Markov & Partners”, and soon enough had the opportunity to support it in one of its endeavors. The occasion was the first of its kind law-orientated South East Europe Summit 2019. The conference is organized by The Legal 500 – an internationally recognized organization for the evaluation and classification of law firms and lawyers around the world.

The start of the summit was given with a press conference moderated by our CEO Maxim Behar. Vladimir Penkov – founder, chairman and senior partner of “Penkov, Markov & Partners”, introduced the media representatives to the challenges that law firms face in today's business world. Another key figure at the conference was David Goulthorpe, managing director of The Legal 500. Many other prominent experts and business leaders such as the top banker Levon Hampartzoumian, and Ventsislav Karadzov, Chairman of the Commission for Personal Data Protection also took part in the summit.

The conference continued on the following day and generated great interest as important topics such as personal data protection and cybersecurity, anti-money laundering measures, digitization of services, mergers and acquisitions, management and leadership techniques were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the role of new technologies and how they are changing the legal profession.
