Meat Traditions Tour Around Bulgaria
November, 2016BILLA Bulgaria and M3 Communications Group, Inc. organized a national tour “BILLA Meat Traditions”, which visited main cities around Bulgaria. It lasted two months and presented the best practices in production of raw-dried meat delicacies recognized as traditional Bulgarian specialties. The tour involved plenty of producers, members of the Traditional Raw-dried Meat Products Association, which organize degustations of meat delicacies in cozy tents in front of the BILLA stores.
Experts from the institutional partners of the initiative – the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety, were available at the spots of the campaign to answer to all questions related to the specific meat foods and control of production process. The campaign was also supported by the Bulgarian Industrial Association.
