On Sept. 20, 2016, the Bulgarian tech holding Allterco presented officially its plans for a debut on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in the 5-star hotel Hilton Sofia before stock investors and media. The classy event was organized with the professional help and touch for details of the M3 Communications Group, Inc. team.
“Releasing shares on the stock exchange is a logical move for us. We are full of ideas for new smart services and devices in the IoT sphere specifically and in order to conquer new tops, we need investments,” commented Dimitar Dimitrov, CEO of Allterco.
