Sir James Mancham Announced M3 Ambassador

Seychelles founding President Sir James Mancham was announced M3 Ambassador during his visit to Bulgaria. The special recognition was delivered to Sir James by Mr. Maxim Behar - CEO of our company and Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Seychelles to Bulgaria.
