M3 and Total Presenting the Noble Globetrotter II Drillship

M3 Communications Group, Inc. organized the official ceremony of Total E&P Bulgaria presenting the Noble Globetrotter II drillship, coming to Bulgaria for the first deep offshore exploratory drilling in territorial waters. The event was attended by Prime Minister Mr. Boyko Borissov, Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds and Economic Policies Mr. Tomislav Donchev, Minister of Energy Mrs. Temenuzhka Petkova, Minister of Transport Mr. Ivaylo Moskovski, Minister of Environment and Water Mrs. Ivelina Vassileva, and Chairperson of the Parliamentary Energy Committee Mr. Delian Dobrev.

The start of the Han Asparuh oil & gas drilling activities was also greeted by H.E. Xavier Lapeyre de Cabanes, Ambassador of France to Bulgaria, H.E. Roland Hauser, Ambassador of Austria to Bulgaria and Mrs. Maria Perez Moro – Economic and Commercial Counselor, Embassy of Spain in Bulgaria as well as governors and mayors of Burgas and Varna along with representatives of other Bulgarian authorities. The event was broadly covered by plenty of national and local media, and was a proof of M3 Communications' highly professional manner in communicating and coordinating an event of international scale and national importance.
